Piermaria Sartor
Piermaria has more than 15 years of investment banking and private equity experience, with an international background matured across top-tier global firms. Prior to joining YAS, Piermaria was responsible for the Corporate Finance practice at goetzpartners, leading both M&A projects and strategic due diligence. Previously, Piermaria was VP at the Technology division of Mubadala Investment Company, responsible for the M&A and business development of underlying assets and scouting of new opportunities. Among others, he worked on the acquisition of IBM’s Microelectronics business. Past companies Piermaria has worked for includes JPMorgan and Advanced Technology Investment Company (ATIC M&A).
He holds a bachelor degree cum laude in Finance & Law from the L. Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.

Evan Green
Evan has more than 10 years’ experience across tech, consulting, entrepreneurship, private equity venture capital. He served as Vice President, and the third employee at Accordion Partners, aboutique New York consultancy focused on private equity backed companies, where he helped scaled the business to over 50 people and $100m valuation. He acquired an IT services business on the founding team of a search fund, Proviso Capital and founded a short-term rental business, which he scaled to over 100 listings in the states. Prior to YAS, Evan was Venture Partner at Revolt Ventures, the VC arm of Meyer Bergman, a €5B AUM private equity real estate fund in London.
Evan holds a BA in Economics, from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from London Business School.

Kevin Holliday
Kevin has over 20 years of strategy and finance experience across Europe, North America, Asia, and the Middle East, with broad exposure to different sectors and business models within complex and dynamic environments. He has previously held Head of Strategy positions at AW Rostamani Group, a large UAE family conglomerate, and OSN, the leading Pay TV platform in the MENA region, responsible for managing the group strategy development process, business portfolio mix optimization and investment strategy, including corporate venture capital. He has also held senior finance positions at Global Integrated Security, Networkers International Plc, and Euromoney Institutional Investor Plc.
He has substantial experience in high growth, fast-paced, innovative environments, with exceptional strengths in strategic development, evaluation, and execution, investment, M&A, valuation, andanalysis.
Kevin is a qualified chartered management accountant (London, UK) and an MBA from Warwick Business school (Warwick, UK).
